The room is fashionable, the people are pleasant and exceptional. The location of the hotel in Paris is marvellous and magnificent, near yet quite quiet, public transport, and a metro station and a 10 minute walk from the Seine.

The location is perfect and nice and they have parking nearby. A subway station is based next to the hotel.
The room is too small.

Breakfast was good, large selection of juices, everything else like bread, cheese, cold cuts salmon, eggs, sweet pastry available. Asian food, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit
Scrambled eggs lukewarm, too thin, salmon sliced too thickly, cheese as well. Towel holder is missing in the bathroom

Location of the hotel. Room facilities good, mattresses very good. Quiet if room facing the courtyard. No interference due to the strikes in Paris; Taxis outside the door.
The breakfast buffet is almost completely adapted to the Asian taste. The fight for the breakfast table is added due to some modifications in the house. service gets better if you complain; on the first day we asked for coffee 3 times. never again after that. Bathtub entrance in the bathroom too high for old/disabled people.

Luxurious bed provides a wonderful night's sleep.
The fitness room was disappointingly cramped and poorly equipped.

The in and concocting is a disaster, miserably organized and takes much too much time, sometimes 20 minutes

We truly enjoyed unparalleled service offered. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was functional and modern. Location: the hotel was near centre anywhere, restaurants, cafe, the Lafayette shopping centre, the Louvre and lots of other main historic, architectural and arts attractions and Shopping and Opera Area-Metro.

The management is not prepared for a such quality hotel. There is a Portugues manager who tried change my reservation which I considered offensive . I had to cary my own lugage because the service did not work. Very disapointed. Not realy a 5 star hotel.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The Premium Luxury King Room was immaculate, with plush linens and fresh flowers that added a lovely touch. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the nightly turn-down service and a complimentary bottle of prosecco as a birthday gesture. The air conditioning didn't seem to function properly overnight was great, and the breakfast coffee service was slower than expected. Still, the attentive staff and exquisite decor create a nice atmosphere.

Location
It does not "feel" a luxury hotel we expected "more" for this high rate. Room was relatively small. Window opend in the middle of the night and we could not close it. Maintenance is quite insufficiente.
